Unable to save student photo in Campus Community

I am trying to upload a .jgp photo in Campus Community at the following navigation

Campus Community > Personal Information(Student) > Identification (Student) > Photo.

Once i attach photo it successfully uploads and appears on page but when i click on save button it fails to save the photo in database although it gives success message upon click on save button.

Appreciate if anyone help me out in solving this issue.
