Oracle eBiz 12.1.3

Trying to scale a batch where the workday cal is considered and is setup for 24/7 on a 4/4/5 week schedule and I receive this decision point message below. We don't always receive this question on all batches though and I don't know what drives it other than the calendar. Any guidance welcome.

"This Batch cannot be completed in one contiguous block of time without running during scheduled non-working hours. Do you want to schedule during working hours (Y/N)"
