Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I would like to upgrade my actual EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2

what note should I follow?

what is the best stable version to reach first?

how to decrease the downtime?

how long takes if I need to go from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8 directly?

DB: 12.1.0.2.0

OS: windows server 2008 R2
