Concurrent program (Custom report ) runing forever without a DB session

Hi,

In one of our test system, concurrent program (custom reports only) is running forever without a DB session onc eit is submitted from front end. I do see a OS process on apps node but , it doesn't spawn any DB session. It deosn't error out not shows anythign in logfile.
