OEM rman jobs fail after upgrade to 18c

SO we are in the middle of upgrading our 12.1.0.2 DBs to 18.3.  Well it seems that the rman jobs in OEM keep failing.  I tried creating new jobs they fail.  It keeps pulling from the v 12 rman.  How does OEM know when to use the correct version of RMAN.  Thanks.
