Enable Key Flexfield Value and Create Code Combination from backend

Hello Team.

We are facing an issue to open/close period due to many CCs disabled.

We need to enable them and create the CCIDs manually but this is high time consuming from the business perspective.

Is there a way to automate it in the backend?

Is there any API available to enable the CCs and create the Code combinations directly in the database?
