Oracle WIP Job is not changed to "Complete" Status automatically

Hi All,

User has performed all the operation, including OSP receiving and completion transaction but the status of the job is still in "Released" it is not getting changed to "Complete" .

Kindly let me know if any of you have faced this issue.
