PV Calculations in Equipment Leases for ROU and Liability Balances

Hi,

Can anyone supply me with the formulas behind the PV calculations for the ROU Balance and Liability and as detailed in the Lease Detail Report. Preferably in a spreadsheet with formulas. The Auditors for our customer want to validate/understand the calculations as they don't exactly agree with the spreadsheet formulas I have.
