AGIS is Possible Different COA and Calendar

Hi Every One,

My Customer wants to implement AGIS Functionality. but Customer is having different COA and Calender. Below is an example

1 Ledger A-     JAN-DEC calender ( COA is having 4 Segments)

2 Ledger B-      APR-MAR Calender (COA is having 6 Segments)

In the above Requirement, is AGIS support. or we need to go customization. If Customization, what are elements we need to do customized.  Please help  me and give your inputs
