Applying Patch for CVE-2019-2725

Hi,

We have Cluster kind of Application Server hosted on Weblogic Server 10.3.6 in which on one Server we have:

1) Admin Server

2) WLS_WSM1

3) WLS_SOA1

on Second Server we have:

1) WLS_WSM2

2) WLS_SOA2

We have to apply Apr PSU 10.3.6.0.190416 Patch 29204678 + Overlay Patch 29694149 on 10.3.6.0.190416 for CVE-2019-2725.

Now my question is do we need to apply the patches on both the servers separately or we need to apply only on first server ?
