Upgrading to BIND 9.14.2 from 9.10.x on Solaris 11.4 x86.

Would like a complete list of BIND binaries and locations to create a proper backup prior to the upgrade.  Cannot find a list on web sites.  Have a list of the obvious binaries, but need a complete list to insure nothing was missed.
