XML Bursting completed successfully but no file was copied

Hello,

I am trying to use XML Bursting to move output file to a different location. The bursting program completed and the XML under diagnostics looks as expected. However the output file is no where to be found, i.e. the file move did not work. Here is what my bursting file looks like:
