Address Validation Software within JDE 9.2

Is there any existing or bolt on compatible software that would be able to check the Bill To / Ship To address for valid information (Address 1, City, State, Zip and Country) when entering an order and flag it when there is an issue.  Because of the Address Override function, our user sometime change the Ship To Address when talk to a customer on the phone and miss spell information or don’t fill in all the fields and when the order gets to our shipping department they have to correct the address, which causes delays in the process.
