Golden Gate Studio unable to connect to GG monitor agent

Hi, I am following the Oracle by example and run into problem at very last step of monitor agent process.

Problem: 

picture 1: unable to connect to monitor agent (test connection failed with connection refused)

picture 2: full error message


 

Setup:

=>Physical host, hostname oel2.pojencrossing.localdomain, Oracle Linux 7.5 (selinux disabled)

=>GodenGate install (goldengate 19.1)

  - /u01/app/oracle/product/ogg_src (mgr on port 7800)

  - /u01/app/oracle/product/ogg_trg (mgr on port 7801)

=>Fusion middleware infrastructure 12.2.1.0.0

=>Golden Gate monitor and veridata 12.2.1.0.0
