Can RAXTRX update payment terms definitions?
In an audit we found the 2 payment terms were "updated" by 2 different users, but the program that made the change was Autoinvoice Import program (RAXTRX). There are no form functions available to the users in their responsibilities to access and change payment terms setups, but the record history shows that these user updated various payment terms, which was done by running RAXTRX. How is this possible?
