Equipment Cost Analysis

Hello,

I am trying to setup equipment cost analysis in JDE 9.2. My P13801 is completely blank at this point and I want to setup "Equipment group" and "Equipment subgroup". Somehow, application P13801 shows "ADD" button but if I go in, I don't see the "SAVE" option even in ROW/FORM exits. I have been through the ECA document (Doc ID 1373970.1) on Oracle support that document assumes P13801 has already records created.

Can someone please let me know how to create P13801 equipment groups from scratch?
