Work confirmation Approval history column is not showed in the table after clicking view work confir

Greetings all ,

     if service procurement is enabled so a work confirmation can be used against the amount of services done by a Supplier. i can't see the approval history column after clicking view Work Confirmation from Buyer Work Center. i have tried to add the submenu called : iProcurement: Homepage menu under the Purchasing Super User Menu which is Purchasing SuperUser GUI , but still i can't see the Approval history column. attachment under the name: "Work Confirmation with approval history" shows how should the column appear , attachment called "Work Confirmation without approval history" is the current situation I'am facing.
