Comparative snapshot among Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement

We all know there are differences and limitations between the functions performed through Purchasing and iProcurement.

Did anyone get a chance to make a nice comparison document to highlight where we cant do a few things in iProcurement that we can do in Purchasing and Vice versa?
