Hi,

     We developed a report to generate Journal entries through JDE Financial Reporting Tool. It has been working fine for nearly two years. Currently we are in the process of moving from JDE 9.0 on premise to 9.2 on the cloud. While testing this specific report on 9.2 we found that report does generate the journal entries perfectly but the batch number allocated to it is 99999999. The batch header record is also missing.

What could be the reason for this error ? Your help is much appreciated..
