Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to view item Categories

Hi,

When i open the item category form to view the item categories for a structure. I get the below error.

Please advice how i can fix this error in the application.
