Item instances are not created automatically after PO receipt

Hi Team

We are done the required mandatory setup for OAT and define the item , post that we have created the PO and receipt. Attached are the replication steps showing PO and receipt information .

Kindly assist to provide the reason why the instances are not created automatically after PO receipt and not available on Item instance pave once we key in the Purchase order.

Please advise.
