cloning oracle home

I have a source oracle grid and db home for 12.1.0.2.0

The source GRID home has a series of patchsets ( not interim patches) applied.

  question: Do I need to apply each PSU or just the latest one applied on source can be replicated to target using OUI after

  downloading the PSU listed as per opatch lsinventory.

The source DB home has  1 patchset update, followed by 2 interim patches , followed by another PSU .

question: Do I need to run each PSU in order liested or just run the last applied (latest) PSU?
