Need more information on OEM 13c for Oracle EBS R12.

Hi Team,

I am looking for below information on OEM 13c for Oracle EBS R12. Could someone please help me out.

Is there OEM will be useful in debugging Concurrent  manager down issue on Oracle application R12?

Is there OEM will be useful in providing root cause of any application services related issues on Oracle application R12?

What are key elements of Server level monitoring and administration on OEM with respect to Oracle EBS R12.
