Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Possibilty of tracking item warranty information at GRN level.

Hi all,

There is requirement to track warranty detail of a particular item/s in receipts form at the GRN point. Items are serial enabled.

Warranty details to be entered (serial No, warranty period..etc) so that it will be able track according to the serial number.

I can think of enabling DFF and just capture the information, which could be retrieved through a report.

Is there any standard functionality or any better way of doing this.?
