Top wait events from our AWR report

Hi All,

We recently migrated from Oracle single instance to RAC 2 node:

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.4.0 Production

TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

We have few multi threaded jobs running as part of overnight batch which needs to be tuned. We are focusing initially on major engines which consume most of the time and are resource intensive.

The top 3 wait events which came up on AWR report wre:
