Work Orders moving status back to 40 after R31802A

work orders are going back to status 40 from status 95 after the R31802A program is run - this appears to be random but we can not figure out what may be causing this.

we can change the status back to 95 manually and then run the R31802A again and the work completes and moves to status 99

aby help would be appreciated
