How to increase resources after initial DB creation from e.g. oda4 to oda8 shape?

Good evening,

I'd like to know how to increase resources after initial DB creation from e.g. oda4 to an oda8 shape? How can I do this without going through backup & restore, but increasing the already existing Database resources. Do I have to do it manually and if so, how to upgrade the ODA repository to make it aware then?

We are running on the new DCS stack btw. The old oakcli had a command to do that. The DCS does not have it anymore.

Database is a CDB on ASM, so cloning does not really work here as well.
