Changing Dimension Names (RPAS Name, Tools Name in config)

My RDF environment / config is currently at v14.0.3.10.

When I open the config in v16 Tools - The "User Defined Dims" are showing in red - because they start with a digit - "1UDA", "2UDA", ...

In order to correct them - will I need to follow the steps to essentially add new dimension to the hierarchy? If I follow the steps, will that let the domain know that the original UDD's need to be deleted?
