getting FRM-93000 error in the forms_server1.out log file

Hi experts,

My customer is getting following error message in the forms_server1.out log file.

There is no any forms issue with function, simply having the following message 1,2 times in a week.

java.io.IOException: FRM-93000: Unexpected internal error.
Details : No HTTP headers received from runform
