GL : How to enable the existing account code combination.?

Hello Experts,

we have a some GL code combinations which are disabled. Now requirement is to enable those.

I was going through various post; One option I found is to create new combinations.

I see a below note. Which talks about disabling the code combinations.  Can we use this program to enable as well.? or is there any other feature available to do this.?
