Any EM13c jobs (including RMAN backup jobs, Enterprise -> Jobs) are failing with ORA-01403

Hello Everyone,

                         I'm running into an issue with EM13c jobs. The gist of the issue is any jobs that i schedule from EM13 console would failed with following error message.

ORA-20233: Unable to determine OS for OEMREP:oracle_database. Error: ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_UTIL", line 2149

ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_UTIL", line 1505

ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_UTIL", line 1563

ORA-06512: at line 1

                    

                        I can run the same backup script from database (RMAN utility). I tried bouncing the agents, OMS. I tried emctl clearstate agent. None of this help. Although i could potentially resolved this issue by removing the target, agent and redeploying them. I do not want to take this route because i would lose all the "custom" metric and EM jobs
