Load the latest the bank routing numbers in e1

Hello,

Our employees go thru e1 self service portal to add/change/delete their direct deposit info.  One thing that I am looking for is, when their routing number is not listed in e1, they contact payroll dept. and pay dept. create requested routing number.  Then they inform employee and employee goes in e1 portal page and make changes.  My questions are, 1)  is there a way to load the latest and greatest routing number that is out there and load them in e1 and 2)  what's good or bad keeping up (maintaining) with the latest and greatest bank routing numbers.     So that
