Operation Plan for Min-Max Replenishment

Can you please tell me if we can use operation plan for min-max replenishment?

I would like to have an intermediate location for min-max replenishment. I defined operation plan rules in rules and operation plan but I am not getting intermediate location.

So we have two sub-inventories(Case and LTC).

In Case sub-inventory, we store everything in CS(Case). In LTC sub-inventory, we store everything in EA(Each). LTC sub-inventory are divided into zones.

So we want to do min-max where our Source Sub-inventory should be Case sub-inventory and destination sub-inventory should be LTC

But we want to deconsolidate the case in an intermediate location/sub-inventory. So we want the min-max replenishment to work in the following way:
