FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12096

Hi,

Is any one aware of below issue? We are working with Support for 2 days and tried to recompile apps schema, MTL VIews, System Items key flexfields and increase Database file size. But none of them worked.

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Inventory Issues Unable to save item getting unhandled exception error ERROR ----------------------- FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12096 STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Navigate: Inventory > Items > Master Items 2. Enter item information 3. Save and get page error BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot create required items.
