DBCA hangs on DB Creation

Dear all,

I know that the topic has been discussed here a lot, but so far I have not found a solution.
I try to create a 12.2.0.1 container database with one pdb on Windows 10 with the DBCA and the DBCA always hangs because it wants to log in as SYSDBA and requires a password.

The CDB is created, but all steps of installation after this hangs.

In the sql_invocation.log you can see:
