Problem patching 11.2.0.4 Database using the Latest 11.2.0.4 PSU shipped with 18.5

I've just applied the 18.5 release to one of our ODA X6-2L servers that had been running 18.3

The patching went smoothly however I have hit a problem when applying the PSU shipped with the new release to my 11.2.0.4 database ORACLE_HOME.

The ORACLE_HOME is currently at PSU 11.2.0.4.180717 which is the version shipped with 18.3.

When I run the pre-patch report for this ORACLE_HOME it fails with :

[root@xxx]#  /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli describe-job -i "108d8e0a-6b6f-4bb5-be6a-d8179481c950"
