How to apply WLS PSU on 12.2 upgrade filesystem?

We are in the mist of doing a test upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.

checkMTpatch.sh output shows:

How to apply the replacement patch "Oracle WebLogic Server Patch Set Update 10.3.6.0.190416" to the 12.2 upgrade filesystem?
