Fluid Forms - Design Forms - Page data is inconsistent with database

I have created a new Fluid Form using the Form Designer tile and activated the form so that Form Users can fill out a new form using the My Forms tile.

When I added a new Code Value to an existing Use Type field of 'Code' and attempt to save the form, I receive the following message:

Page data is inconsistent with database.

When trying to save your page data, the system found that the information currently in the database does not match what was expected.

The problem can happen if another user has changed the same information while you making your changes. Note the changes you have made, then cancel the page. Reload the page and view any changes made by the other user. Ensure your changes are compatible and retry, if appropriate.
