Cost Type in Upload Spreadsheet Data - ADD Template

Hi - Is anyone using the Cost Type field int the ADD Spreadsheet Template? We have a second set of AETs for assets that were constructed rather than purchased, because the contra account is different. We accomplished this by adding a Transaction Code to the Accounting Entry Templates.  The Transaction Code field is not available in the ADD Template so we created a Cost Type and a new AET for the Cost Type and Transaction Code:

The upload fails with the following message - is there another template that needs to be created?  I am not finding anything in PeopleBooks.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
