Fixed Asset Transfer Program,Base table and Fixed Asset Transfer screen

Dear Asset gurus,

    I am a Technical consultant and business usually  do asset transfer manually but they hold some 600 records and now ,they requested us to do it pragmatically .

    I  am very new to finance and i could not to find any document regarding asset transfer, online.

    My question here is i want to know if any API to upload and base table of asset transfer and final ERP form where we can verify.

     It would be great if you provide me document on asset transfer.
