Getting Transaction failed to commit error on R03B551

We are adding a new company onto our system. We already run the auto cash receipts process for other sites.

Loaded the receipt through the R47111-R47114 tables and converted into the R03B13Z1 table.

When I run the R03B551 I am getting the "Transaction failed to commit" error.

I checked the PYID next number for system 03B and that is higher than the highest one in F03B13. I checked that the RCUC AAI is there for this company.

I also ran a debug log and can see the error being set but not why.

Any ideas on something else to check?
