Multiple jobs didn't combine as a Single check

We are facing an issue in emergency off cycle pay calc, the Pay calc didn’t combine multiple jobs into single check even though our company setup has enabled Single check for multiple jobs. It is working for our on cycle pay calc but not for off cycle.

One of the multiple job has negative earnings. We are trying to combine so that the employee get positive earning and get paid. 

Anyone help is much appreciated.
