Objects not visible in Siebel Tools in Production mode upgrade

HI Team,

We have a working Siebel IP2017PS18.11 environments upgraded in dev and Prod mode.

The developers are facing issues verifying their changes in the Production mode environment where we import RR Repository. The objects are not visible in Siebel Tools. This issue is there in all the environments upgraded in Production mode.

This issue is only in Production mode where we import the RR repository. In dev environments since we import the DR Repository, we are able to see objects in Siebel Tools.

The question is how do developers verify in Siebel Tools if their changes  have been moved in the Production environment.
