Sourcing Workbench Error (10206,288)

Master Item Category does not match staged item category.

we are getting this error for replenishment requisitions and are finding that the items are loading to the requisition (PO_REQLOAD) wth no other item information other than the item id.  Other items are loading on the same requisition fine.  we need help identifying this issue.  We have to Reset Req and purge, and go into Add/Update Requisition to delete and re-add the line.  Thank you.

we just upgraded to 9.2.30 Tools 8.57 from 9.2.16 Tools 8.55.06

Any help would be appreciated.
