Replication issues on PROD XOffice

Good Morning !!

I am working for Oracle Micros xstore v16.0.0.699 and facing one issue where I am looking for your valuable suggestion feedback

Issue : We are seeing some transactions are not getting replicated on to Xoffice PROD. We have number of transactions that haven't been replicated.

Most of these errors have a Violation of PRIMARY KEY as the error.

This issue happen with some of the transactions only.

Product/Version : Oracle Micros Xstore V16.0.0.699
