Default Quantity on Credit Memo

We recently upgraded from 9.0 to 9.2.  In 9.0, when entering a CM if the user left the qty field blank it would default to -1.  In 9.2, it is defaulting to 0.  This has caused several incorrect documents to go out as the CSR was expecting a different default value.

Is this a change in functionality with 9.2?  Or is there a setting somewhere we could use to change the default value on these lines?
