GL Budget Balances Doubled - JE Posted 2 times simultaneously

We have the situation where a Budget JE was submitted to Post through a request set and was also submitted through the forms to post. Both jobs ran at the same time and the result is that the balances are doubled. There is only one Journal Entry so I am not sure that reversing the JE would result in the desired 0 balance.

Any suggestions?
