How to Auto-Populate Due_Date while creating a Record using Auto-creation (Line Item to Record Creat

We are creating "Action Item" Record using Minutes of Meeting Line Item.

In Minutes of Meeting Line Item Detail form, the due_date data element doesn't exist as it can only be used in Upper form for Business Process workflow duration.

Can anybody help me out, how can I auto-Populate Due_Date in Action Item Upper form from Minutes of Meeting Line Item Detail form (While creating a Record using Auto-creation (Line Item to Record Creation)
