Case Folder is Open, but the credit hold is released in OM

Hello All,

We have a situation where the case folder created for a SO is still open and no recommendation is being passed. But the SO hold got released and the release comment on the SO is "Credit Check EnginePicking activity has done credit checking using Picking/Purchase Release level credit check rule."

Please note, the user didn't release the hold manually. So what might be the reason on how the order hold got released?
