How Does Your Organization Deal With CEO Leave?
How does your organization currently deal with leave captured by the CEO using EBS - Human Resources Self Service?
Currently there is no single person responsible for approving our CEO leave, thus the CEO becomes the only exception to the rules we employ in our seeded workflow. We've been advised that the only to "cap" the workflow hierarchy would be by deploying a custom workflow which we're not happy with.
Are there any other ways of handling this without resorting to a custom workflow?
We're running 12.1.3 if that helps.
